If you're having a wedding, anniversary, dinner party, cocktail party or entertaining corporate clients the mellow sound of the trumpet is perfectly suited to create a relaxed atmosphere while your guests sit back and enjoy the evening. I perform different styles of music including easy listening, classical, pop, and music from stage and screen. I am a classically trained trumpeter to provide you with tailored brass music to enhance the occasion. 

Trumpet solo’s accompanied by backtracking tracks or accompanied by the organist of the church, or a pianist/organist can be booked through Steve at extra cost). 

At wedding I play music for the processional, recessional, signing of the register, provide a boost to the hymns, or even a Trumpet Fanfare for the Bride's entrance!

I am a member of National Association of Brass Band Adjudicators and I have adjudicated over 200 music festivals and brass band competitions including all the major brass band championships. I have been a freelance conductor since 1988.

I am an independent certified civil celebrant. I love creating personalised, unique and meaningful ceremonies with a touch of class! I'm based in Shropshire and I conduct weddings, celebration of life/funerals (including masonic and military funerals), commitment, civil partnership, renewal of vows, adoption welcoming, naming, pet funerals, internment or scatter of ashes (human and animals), memorials service, and even divorce ceremonies in Shropshire, West Midlands, Mid and North Wales, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, although I travel anywhere in the UK and sometimes even abroad.

As there is often some religious element in a funeral service, including hymn singing. Contact me if you need an organist to accompany the hymns and to play music before and after the service.

I am honoured to be the Shropshire Provincial Grand Organist and guest organist for several craft & mark lodges, chapters, & various other Orders in Shropshire, and as such I have a wealth of experience in providing the music for masonic meetings and ladies nights. 

I am always happy to receive enquiries from Lodges and Chapters in Shropshire and West Midlands who need an organist or pianist for their meetings.  

If your Lodge or Chapter room has no organ or piano, or you require music for a festive board where no instrument is available I am able to provide my own portable keyboard.
